“The program and facilitator helped us define and implement new career and working practices. Nick’s critical eye for detail, dynamism and motivational skills stimulates people to work at their absolute best.”

Jason Wyatt

Repair Service Manager, University of Southampton

“Prior to this course I had not really thought about personal goals and often found myself unhappy about some work related objectives. The result is that I am more confident and am working towards specific goals. I can recommend this to all managers as this will easily pay for itself in increased productivity.”

G. Sciarappa

Manager – IS Strategy & Planning, Allied Building Society

“When we joined your programme we acknowledged a need to sharpen our management skills. We did not just sharpen our skills — we sharpened our management attitude, and turned our business into a machine which is now firing on all cylinders! In six months we have surpassed our budgeted profit for the year.”

Phillip Marais & Paul Vorster

“Your program has changed many aspects of my life and I gained tremendously from it. I changed my way of thinking, the 6 areas of life now only became a reality and I set goals which were not only achieved, but achieved beyond expectations. I can say without any doubt, that anybody who has not done this program, do not really know who they are and where they are going.”

Hennie Venter

Property Group, Realty 1 ELK

“I personally gained a lot and, if I may speak for the others, our lives will never be quite the same. May I once again express my thanks to you for the way in which you kept patience with a fairly undisciplined group of IBM’ers.”

Lorraine du Plessis

Personnel Operations Administration, IBM South Africa

“I have started using the goals both as means of motivation and communication in my family. It has improved our communication a lot. Communication with myself in the work situation has improved. I can see this course mapping a bright future for me with consistent application of the principles.”

Mortimer Mannya

“Over the past 20 years, I have used these programmes to help me achieve many of my goals. The skills taught have helped me to manage people better, helping them to achieve their goals, thereby building a greater sales force with a good team spirit and reducing staff turnover to a minimum.”

Rick Beeton

Senior Manager, Realty 1 ELK

“My decision proved to be correct as we had ten weeks of dedicated meetings during the course and this supported the acquisition of Management Skills as planned. Our Branch is running more efficiently and each of the Managers has a renewed dedication to duty.”
